Orders can be returned within 14 days. The period of 14 days starts on the day you receive the order.
Return costs are for your own account. (return costs: € 4.95)
You will receive a PostNL return label from us after approval and registration of the return.
You can easily register a return via "my account".
• Go to orders / returns and register your return.
• As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an approval within a few days and you will receive the information by e-mail to return your order.
Exchange or credit items
You can return the shipment with our PostNL return label. As soon as we have received the return shipment, you will be notified by e-mail about the further processing of it.
Note: If you can't find the order under your account, you probably placed the order as Order without an account.
In this case you can send an e-mail to [email protected] Please state the order number and which product you wish to return.
A return is only accepted if both the item, all attachments and the packaging are in original condition. Damaged and used items will not be accepted. Always send your return well packed in a shipping box.

Right of withdrawal
Below we would like to inform you about the legal right of withdrawal. You can use this at any time, but we prefer it if you use our normal, cost-free returns procedure which can be easily completed online via your account!
In the Netherlands, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. This means that you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days after receipt of the product without stating reasons. To revoke the agreement, you must let us know via an unambiguous statement that you wish to do so. For this you can, for example, use the withdrawal form that we send in the order confirmation. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after termination. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
